Rockets and robots and water balloons and tractors and bubbles and trains. These are what our little boys are made of. And they have made our lives so amazing.

Hung-Over Max. "Oh, my head. Why did I have that last glass of milk?"
Let's be clear on one thing: Max hates tummy time. Mom has been growing concerned that maybe we haven't enforced it enough since Max hasn't rolled over yet. Today, Max indulged Mom by not screaming. While still no roll in sight, he does pretty good holding his head up.

To dispel the appearance that all Max does is sleep ("So not true!" protests Mom), here are some "awake" shots from the last week.
Without fail, Max finds a way to get a glimpse of the TV. Here he is trying to distract Dad by pointing at his toy ("Hey, Dad, check this out!"), while sneaking a peek.
Hit the arrow button to see Max in action! It may take a while for the video to play, but it is worth the wait.
We don't call him the "Kickin' Chicken" for nothing!

Arriving at Dulles (Virginia), with 500 bags and a baby.

Mom and Max stayed in the car while Dad checked into the hotel. Here is a shot of snow quickly accumulating on the windshield.
March 2 (8 am, from the hotel room window): Dad leaving for his first day of work. He was one of the few people to show up and was told later to go home. Snow day!
March 2 (8.30 am): Max's first morning as an East Coast baby.
