Month 22, Day 27: Candy Raid!

While we didn't top the "Mighty Max" costume from last year, Max's second Halloween was a family affair. Although - instead of looking like Army special forces - we came off more like ragtag militia. Nonetheless, we conducted a series of successful candy raids on our soon-to-be new neighborhood.

Awaiting his briefing instructions (little do these people know that HE'S the one in charge!)

Quite possibly Max's favorite thing all evening was waving around Dad's super-bright flashlight.

Max's first ever trick-or-treating house.

He wasn't satisfied with conducting the search and seizure at the door and tried to enter the premises.

Interrogating a subject for more candy leads. "Don't make me smash you."

He didn't anticipate having to battle gigantic spiders in this gig.

Even with all the layers, civilians could still tell that Mom was expecting another commando.

Getting squirmy in the car seat after his Twix fix.

  1. How cute! Max, hope you enjoyed Halloween. Looks like you had a lot of fun. Papa and Mama didn't have one trick-or-treater! What will I do with all this candy? Love Mama and Papa
