It doesn't have the same ring as "Stitch Head" - which was what Mom was called in the 1st grade when she slid on the bathroom floor, landed on the corner of the sink (smack between the eyes), and got a handful of stitches and a lifetime scar. And now Max shares that resemblance after falling at daycare and getting a gash between his eyes (how it happened isn't entirely clear). So after confirming with the pediatrician's office that he needed it have it closed up, we were off to the ER where - instead of stitches - they used derma-glue. Poor little dude, but it wasn't long until he was back to his goofball antics.

Max, you certainly are a super hero and you have the scar to show it! You were a brave boy. Papa and I hope you are doing okay. Gotta be careful where you jump. You know what they say about the monkeys jumping on the bed? Love you Max. Mama and Papa
